CANCELLATION POLICY for in-person enrolment programmes
- Up to 8 weeks before the start of the programme – refund of 70% of the training fees. Refund of the full amount of accommodation costs.
- Between 4 and 8 weeks before the start of the programme – refund of 50% of the training fees. Refund of 50 % of the agreed accommodation costs.
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the start of the programme, or if the participant does not show up – 100% of the participation costs and 100% of the accommodation costs remain due. You have the possibility to transfer your place to a friend or colleague in that case.

This programme was developed by Katarina Cars & Joanna Maria Zawada (CTPC and TP Program Leaders) and is presented in partnership with the Center for Transformational Presence (USA).

This program will give you practical transformational tools and practices for developing Conscious Leadership, Presence and Effective Action.
Working with energy, awareness, and consciousness in leadership, teams, and in organizational settings.
This program is based upon the program Transformational Presence Leadership in Action (TPLA). The TPLB program gives you more extensive time to embody and practise what you learn, bringing your own cases and situations into the programme. And you will be able to consider how to concretely apply the Transformational Approach in your leadership, for your team and organization and in life.
CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP
The TPLB programme is built on a particular set of practical skills, tools, frameworks, and approaches to support your conscious leadership journey.
It is inviting open and expansive worldviews; giving you a keen sense of how to navigate unfamiliar or unknown territory; and the wisdom to know when to take action and when to pause and let things settle.

Inspired by the ancient Lakota Medicine Wheel and grounded in modern-day quantum physics, the Manifestation Wheel was created by Alan Seale. It is a dynamic and synergistic system for accomplishing goals, turning dreams into reality, visioning, decision-making, and facilitating breakthroughs.
